Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. When email notifications are configured, enquiry details are also sent through our email delivery provider to our business inbox. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate and protect the site, and processing may occur outside Zimbabwe. We limit access to enquiry information to people who need it for these purposes. Infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as connection details and security logs, to deliver the service.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information while it is needed for the discussion and related business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you provided by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and will explain if a record must be retained.
